What airports does Ogun Limo Service operate in?

We serve the following airports: LAX (Los Angeles International), LGB (Long Beach), BUR (Burbank), and SNA (John Wayne).

What is Ogun Limo Service's cancellation policy?

You may cancel up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund. If you cancel between 12 and 4 hours before pickup, you will receive a service credit. Cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance are considered no-shows and are non-refundable. If you request the cancellation by email, please ensure you receive our cancellation confirmation. If you don’t receive it, call us before the deadline mentioned above.

How far in advance should I schedule my transportation?

We recommend reserving your service at least 24 hours before pick-up time. Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.

Can I request last-minute reservations?

Yes, last-minute bookings are accepted based on availability. These are defined as reservations made within 12 hours of pick-up time.

What services does Ogun Limo Service offer?

We offer: Airport Transfers (To/From), Hourly Service, Point-to-Point Rides, Night Out, Corporate Travel, Weddings, Wine Tours, City Tours, Beach Tours, and Live Event Transfers.

Are pets allowed in the vehicle?

Yes. Small pets (up to 15 lbs) are allowed on your lap or in a pet carrier. Please notify us during booking.

Does Ogun Limo provide child car seats?

Yes, child car seats are available upon request at the time of reservation for an additional fee of $10 per seat.

Does Ogun Limo track my flight? What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?

Yes, we track all flights. We will adjust your pick-up time if your flight is early or delayed. If your flight is canceled, you must inform us to reschedule. Otherwise, it will be considered a no-show.

What types of airport pick-up does Ogun Limo offer?

Meet & Greet: Chauffeur meets you inside with a sign at baggage claim.
Curbside Pick-up: Basic pick-up outside the terminal once you're ready.

How can I pay for my ride?

Payments are made via credit card at the time of reservation (charged 48 hours before service unless last-minute). We also accept Zelle, PayPal, and Venmo. Cash is not accepted.

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes. You can change your reservation by calling or emailing us at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If you choose to email us, the change will only be confirmed after you receive our confirmation email. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please call us at +1 (877) 416-9696.

What happens if I forget something in the car?

Our chauffeurs check vehicles after each drop-off. If anything is found, we will gladly return it to you. Contact us immediately to recover your item.
